Group Formats
Meet at East End CHC 1619 Queen Street East (at Coxwell Ave). Registration is required as there is room capacity limit.
Please do not attend a group program if you have a cough, fever or cold symptoms.
Meet on Zoom and requires access to an electronic device (computer, phone, or tablet) and a WIFI connection.

Photography program for youth and adults ages 55+ who self-identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, Métis, and unaffiliated). Meeting Mondays and Wednesdays (Aug. 5 – 19, 2026) from 2:00 – 4:00 PM. Learn to use a professional camera and tell stories through pictures. Go on photo walks and learn to edit and print in the fall/winter. See your work in a photo book and displayed at a community exhibition!

Accessible yoga for all levels. Yoga can help reduce stress while supporting posture, balance, and joint mobility. Movements are slow and mindful, moving with the breath and staying present.
