Learn more about the GLA:DTM Canada Program at www.gladcanada.ca

Good Living with Arthritis: Denmark (GLA:DTM) Canada was designed for people with knee and/or hip osteoarthritis (OA). The program helps improve your muscular strength and joint stability.

If you are a clinical client of East End CHC, please speak with your Primary Health Care Provider to see if this program is right for you.

If you are not a clinical client of East End CHC, you need a Rapid Access Clinic (RAC) referral to join this free program. You can download the RAC referral form and have your Primary Health Care Provider complete it.

Download the RAC referral form (PDF format)

Once we receive the referral from the RAC, you’ll be placed on a waitlist based on your preferred group and start date. When we have a spot available for the program, we call/book based on when we receive the referral.

The program has 2 education sessions and 12 exercises, held twice a week for 6 – 8 weeks.

Our in-person groups runs:

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30 – 3:30 PM, OR
