Help Build a Healthier, More Equitable Community
At East End Community Health Centre, we believe everyone deserves access to high-quality, compassionate health care—regardless of their income, insurance status, or life circumstances.
Every day, we provide primary health care, mental health services, chronic disease management, health promotion programs, and community supports that help people improve their health and well-being. We work alongside individuals, families, and community partners to address not only health concerns, but also the social factors that affect health, including food security, housing, income, and social connection.
Your generosity helps ensure that people in our community receive the care, support, and opportunities they need to live healthier lives.
Why Your Donation Matters
Government funding allows us to provide many essential services, but it doesn’t cover everything our community needs.
Your donation helps us:
- Respond to urgent client needs, such as food, prescription medications, orthotics, and other essential items.
- Expand programs and services where government funding is limited.
- Reduce barriers to health and improve access to care for people experiencing the greatest challenges.
Every donation—large or small—helps improve the health and well-being of our community.
