We are now accepting online bookings for our Dietitian. You must be a registered clinical client at East End Community Health Centre.

- In person Initial Assessment - (45-50 minutes)
- In person Appointment - Follow-up (30-45 minutes)
- Phone or Virtual Appointments - Follow-up (30-45 minutes)
