Good Living with Arthritis: Denmark (GLA:DTM) Canada was designed for people with knee and/or hip osteoarthritis (OA). The group helps improve your muscular strength and joint stability.

If you are a clinical client of East End CHC, please speak with your Primary Health Care Provider to see if this program is right for you. For non-clinical clients of East End CHC, a Rapid Access Clinic (RAC) referral is required for this free program. You can download the RAC referral and have your Primary Health Care Provider complete this form for you.
