ONLINE BOOKING - Physiotherapy Appointments
We are now accepting online bookings for our Physiotherapist. You must be a registered clinical client at East End Community Health Centre.
We may not be able to provide physiotherapy services to patients with an active motor vehicle accident claim or workplace injury claim.

Appointment bookings available are as follows:
- In person Initial Assessment - (60 minutes)
- In person Appointment - Follow-up (30 minutes)
- Phone or Virtual Appointments - Follow-up (30 minutes)
